If you did not yet receive a ballot paper or if you wish to check your current address is on the NUI voter register, email records@nui.ie or phone 01 439 2424. You have until 22 Jan to update your address and have your ballot re-issued to this address. Graduates overseas can request this too. Here's a useful guide on returning your Seanad vote. Remember to post your ballot paper back in time to reach the NUI head office by 29 Jan. 

SIGN THE DECLARATION

Sign the 'declaration of identity' form in front of a witness. This can be anyone over 18. The witness should then sign the declaration and write their address on it. 

FILL IN YOUR BALLOT PAPER

Vote Alice-Mary Higgins No 1 and then transfer left! Put your ballot paper inside the small envelope provided, then insert that and the 'declaration' inside the large pre-addressed envelope provided. No need to affix a stamp if posting within Ireland. 

POST YOUR VOTE A FEW DAYS BEFORE 29 JANUARY 

All votes must arrive by post at the NUI head office in Dublin by 29 January. Late votes will not be counted. Have your say and post yours today!
